0 sirhc
The little flaps mean you need some Clansman wing boxes. There are 2 plates which these bolt on to. You'll need them, along with 2 wing boxes, 2 antenna bases, 2 antennas, 2 TUAMMs and some cables if you plan to wire them up. Has someone cut the original wiring out? It should be under the flaps! You can buy a manual from Vintage MV Manuals which shows how it should all go together. Chris
0 paul connor
the wires are there.. What do the plates look like? any one got some pics... or a pic of the set up?
0 84KB11
Wing boxes should look something like this when fitted: http://www.cvrt.co.uk/images/Forums/84KB11.jpg[/img] The mounting plates are only needed for 90/110 land rovers, wing boxes mount directly to the wing on a series 3. Wires should be 1 x BNC and 1 x 7 pin male. They connect to the ATU inside the wing box and feed back to behind the seats in the landy. 0 sirhc
Yep they're the 90/110 type mirror arms. Lots of Series 3 were upgraded in service. My Lightweight was released with them on too. Chris
