A training aid for shoeing horses :-D

 

Could well be the apron and angle are right, and it dosen't kick 8 bells if you willy the sole with a nail. The flaming censor software , the word is P*R*I*C*K as with pin!!! Perfectly correct farrier's term. :argh:

Sorry lads showing off my BHSIT knowledge (British Horse Society Intermediate Teaching) got to be careful. the answer is 'As few as are needed to hold the shoe securely, normally 7, 4 outside 3 inside. Actually a very skilled job takes 7 years to fully qualify, a blacksmith beats metal, a Farrier beats metal and shoes horses.
