79x100
The photo doesn't show the Triumph factory but is the Royal Army Service Corps depot at Feltham. Up until mid-1940, the factories did not paint on the WD serial numbers and it was done at the depot. It looks as if this batch at least didn't have rear numbers. Maybe because they were intended for active service in France where a unit marking would generally be applied. Rear lights were fitted but I suspect delivered separately to avoid damage in transit (they were sent from the factory by train, I believe). The wiring is there. pawelcen
Hello again, can anyone help me recognize what this fork is. It was mounted to my Triumph. The handlebar grips are from Triumph. I think an English product, because it has inch threads. The double brake cable holder is characteristic. Best regards Pawel
pawelcen
Hi, decided to fix the old fork with corrosion. Steps to repair: 1. cut in the place of the old repair 2. design and drawing of "prostheses" is a workshop 3. design of wheel axle holders 4. assembly of "prostheses" with handles - welding 5. assembly of new elements with the original fork. It is still necessary to set the parallelism and axiality after welding, grind and it will be ready for initial assembly and fitting. pawelcen
Hi. I need F1804 instrumental panel, F1726 oil gauge, dash lamp DC44, switch ass. and ammeter (magdyno set) for my 3S deLuxe (like in photo). Does anyone have these parts for sale? Renovation work has slowed down a bit, but still ahead. Hope to present new photos soon. Lots of health for everyone. pawelcen
Hi, first photos of an almost finished tank. There is only painting left. COVID has slowed down the work very much. Best regards. Pawel
