question Post 1989 British MV records

After checking out the RLC website, they state that they dont hold "B" records (whatever they are) for post 1989 vehicles. Certainly when I enterd my L/R army rego number, it drew a blank on the search form. So where can you go? Polite answers only, please!

After 1989 all new vehicle RECORDS were computerized and the use of cards stopped you need to make a freedom of information request to the MOD
