Also which fuel tap did they leave the factory with. Mine have two different ones. Monty I calculate 1190 to be C5147190 and the petrol taps are same as Triumph (and others) https://www.tricor-andy.com/product/petrol-tap-double-plunger-type/ Ron Edited April 13, 2020 by Ron

monty_stubble
We see the usual pictures of ML's. I've found these in various places, unfortunately they're all a bit indistinct to be sure. Is it a James or something else (maybe a flea). It's the bike in the background on the first shot although the front mini panniers look interesting too. I think the second shot may be a back view of the common shot of the commadoes advancing and pushing an ML. Ron
OK I don't know the owner. A Dutchman added the measurements and sent me the pictures a long time ago. 👌 Ron

Otherwise it's off to the lathe. Monty Edited April 17, 2020 by monty_stubble

military james
I took a threaded axis inside, drilled in lateral a passage for the cable and poured tin at the end of the cable.
military james
I solder a cable stop on a tube or precisely the threaded axis slides
