jenkinov Posted July 26, 2015 Share Posted July 26, 2015 I had a few restoration projects tucked away ..but looks like I will have some time to spend on them shortly so starting to think through the best way to deal with them..one is a Bantam t3 ...the trailer has all the correct plates and nos ..but the body has been galvanised at Some point in its life...the issue I face is that the owner before me used it to move rubble so the galvanisation has been scrubbed off and I have protected the bed with Kurust. First question..can I remove the existing paint on the sides without damaging the galvanisation ? 2nd I have the brake lever but no other sections...any source for parts.? 3rd it's been fitted with a post war trailer hitch....I have a replacement but not the castellated bolts...?
