Being into land rovers for a while (22 years with a break in the middle) I've had quite a few in my past My current collection of vehicles stands at 10 (I think.:undecided:) not including the modern commuter box. I'm deinately limited to that by the better half. On the military side I have; 1970 2a lightweight ex RAF undergoing a very slow rebuild onto new chassis. 1978 109" 24v ffr converted to fire engine by VF specialist very early in its life. Need to do some history digging onthis one. 1942 Willys MB. This is an ITM jeep with 2 rebuilds so a bit of a triggers broom, but I love it. hopefully I've managed to attached a couple of pics I realised the other day that I have owned 3 101's in the past but all now sadly moved on. No doubt another will take my fancy one day. So it appears 've got a bit of a green thing going on albeit with a dash of red. I have much to learn. regarding the pump, the Godiva is a common fitment on land rover fire engines from my experience as I have seen a few with its set up. Although I suppose not that many landrovers were fitted with pumps in the grand scheme of things so it it a bit of a rarity. For this one I have the original manual that I must get around to scanning and sharing one day. My other fire engine ( in the background of the jeep pic) has a petrol driven Godiva in the back rather than using the landy engine to power it.
