Richard Farrant Posted November 27, 2013 Share Posted November 27, 2013 (edited) some where on the engine block there may be still a rebuild plate telling when the engine was rebuilt There is an engine rebuild plate on the pushrod cover, the engine was reconditioned by Vauxhall Motors Ltd. I notice that yours has been converted to electric wipers, and I would recommend that you stick with this set-up - the vacuum operated ones are abysmal!
