Andrew Horsfield Posted June 3, 2012 Share Posted June 3, 2012 Hi all, I have just started on my second Land Rover (previous owner the Queen & county). This ones a winterised 110 Hard top, 1991. The previous one was a 1980 Series 3 Lightweight, now in Matt Light Stone (again first owner after release). I trust the army to look after land rovers while they use them, plus 20+ layers of paint usually helps preserve them. I apologise now, because they will not end up authentic, probably and 80% original. e.g. the Lightweight has kept it's 24v ignition, but it now had "deluxe" vinyl seats and Parabolic springs.
