Tyre pressure

Guys,

 

Can someone urgently advise correct tyre pressure for 900x16 Dunlop Trackgrip on a Bedford MW please? Searched my manuals but don't seem to be in there???

I run the Dodge on 40lb, that should be about right.

Hello Richard,

Don't think it'll make much difference with those tyres. Think i did mine to 35 psi. If the truck seems to bounce a bit, thats just what mw's do on those tyres.

I've just looked in the hand book i have and it says 25psi front and back.

My WOT2 tyres are 25psi but on the rear cover of the last Windscreen mag there is a WOT2 with 64psi marked on the truck - this does seem a little high. I would go for 25psi but with dunlop 900x16 tyres, it doesn't matter very much.

I've set at 40, seems to handle much better. Should I reduce to 25 then??

Rippo's book is correct - 25. 40 might prove too firm and not 'give' enough on wet bends?

Don't think they'll 'give' much on dry bends never mind wet;)
