I am asking on behalf of a friend who has just bought a Witham's RB44. The front brakes appear to him to be self adjusting, there being no obvious adjuster on the back plate,
However one brake drags (seriously) and he is unsure how the brakes are adjusted. Has anyone got any advice I can pass on to him?
