steveo578
Looks like a Cg13a I always thought only Cg4a were used in ETO.
fesm_ndt
I was tracking a rumour of some ww2 aircraft parts in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia when I was around 15 years old. I managed to find a fair hunk of stuff gun panels etc and took them to a museum I was voluteering at. At the time I was unaware that spitfire parts had identifying parts numbers. I got a call from a guy late at night who had been researching this spitfire for years as it belly landed, was being repaired then disappeered at the end of the war. So he was desperate to know where it was. I told him that it had been cut up to make a 'chicken coop'
honeileen
Unusual to see a CG13 with windows and chickens around it;) that was the model for Geese so they could stand up inside with their long necks and look out:-D Christian:cool2:
