  3. hi Paul, when i was last down at sabre sales there was hundreds of them, but the i brought was dated 1945 and had a lining, i was told this was an officers one, i don`t know wether this is true. regards
  4. google Barn Paint made by Bedec, fantastic stuff, i have used it on wood, brick, concrete and galvanised steel, but when you use it on that let it weather for 6 months, i get mine from Brewers paint shops there are other outlets though regards
  5. my master cylinder is through an inspection hatch in the footwell from memory, its a bit of a pig to get to, i put dot 4 fluid in :-) regards

  15. i used them for my old K6, had all 6 done, although RF has not had any issues at all with past parts, i had to send 4 back after about 10 months for them to do again :-/ good luck regards

  17. my late father in law was a car mechanic by trade, he restored my jeep engine in situ as all the piston rings were broken ( i had only just brought it), new pistons and rings, honed the bores and not that it needed it we replaced little,big end and main shells as we had them apart, not much money at the time £100 including complete engine gasket kit from Jeep Parts, it was in late 2004 though :-D one thing i do remember is him cursing putting the collets back on the valves, very sticky grease is needed :cool2: and a lot of patience good luck
  18. there is an additive now (can`t remember the name) that you put in petrol and it stops it going off for a year
