  2. In both my Scammell, Thornycroft and Bedford it seams to have been painted but it could have been done by the danish army
  3. There are sometimes water rails on ebay, but no one at the moment. Otherwise try gardner enthusiast or gardnermarine they might have it.

  6. Yep I do like, I hope to use them together with those I am going to take when I start the restore mine. Just so that I dont forget any thing.
  7. We have one of those, sandblasters, at the club, its driven by a massive 3 cylinder compressor with a 500liter tank.
  8. One day I decided to pull it all out, clean it and give it a bit of oil (the reason for the bucket). It took a very long time to get it all out and back in. I used the Champ as dead weight when I was putting back on the drum.

  19. That sound very scary.... do you have any pictures of the damage, because I really cant comprehend such damage it must have been going really really fast when it happend.
  20. We have one of these odd looking carriers, they where tank dummies, centurions where to heavy for the roads and use to much petrol. So they dusted of the old carriers, modified the front for a larger radio and fittet metal tubing turret with canvas to the top. sadly all the Bofors are gone now.   21. I would recommend a needle gun/scaler instead, it noisy but it flakes of the paint instead making dust. I cleaned my chassis with needle gun and a chisel, the rust that was left was removed with an angel grinder with wire brush.
