  3. yeh ferret brake light bulbs it was stuck on even with ignition off so have changed brake light switch seems to have cured it , then i dropped bulb! took out the filament!( sorry initial post bit lacking in detail did not want to miss beginning of DR who. !)

  8. cheers some bits were red but at moment will leave silver apart from cotter pins and chain for side hatches which look like have allways been red or unpainted what batts fit snuggly in the batt boxes?
  9. right have started to put the interior of my ferret back together after stripping it down and repainting, and was after advice /thoughts first what do people use to stop batteries slopping about in battery boxes , and when ferret came off production line were fwd/rev lever, handbrake, and interior light levers painted red ?

  17. watching a program featuring jay leno the other day, might have been james may interviewing him about his extensive vehicle collection and he was saying that electric cars / hybrid could be the saviour of old not so fuel efficient vehicles . in evo mag there is a feature on a honda insight 10 years old but will do a real 70 mpg, i for one could make the sacrifice to drive one of those during the week to let me run the ferret at the weekend .( jan 09 fuel at 80 ish p a litre)
  18. the dealings i,ve had with vosa thru letters and chat on telephone they seemed all right.
  19. deac bren have been looking and seem to start from dealers at about 225 ish,
