It hasnt happened to me yet, I only use my phone and I stay logged in.
Have you tried different devices? I am not brilliant on tech but sometimes on sites I cant get on when on PC but can on my phone or tablet?
Really interesting Ed, I have this impression that the US being so large it must have plenty of the older stuff tucked away.
We watch programmes like American Pickers and they seem to find a lot of WW1 era bikes and the like but never anything bigger.
I recall from my Engineering studies many years back that square section compresses without twist whereas round section when it compresses also actually twists under torsion.
I will say that ours took a bit of getting used to, and to change down you have to be travelling at quite a slow speed. Theres no rushing it.
I think the more you drive it you will find it easier.
Going up with the Commer box is often quite pleasant. You hit it right and theres no need for double D. They really are nice trucks to drive.
We have a 1950 Commer 5 tonner with the same 6 cylinder slanted petrol engine.

The problem we have is she just keeps cooking up when out on a run. She is sat at the back of our shed now and because of COVID and no shows etc we havent felt the urgency to solve the problem.
Is this a good thing or bad thing?

I think the K9s and a couple of the Commers are £6250, then the others Commers drop a bit in price depending on condition.
It says in the catalogue that the final bid will be given to the vendor and at that point they will decide to accept or decline.
If its advertised at £28,500 I wouldn't they would accept £14k, but you never know how desperate they are to sell?
