Marmite!! Posted February 25, 2009 Posted February 25, 2009 (edited) As most of you know Ian & myself bought Clive's Pig off him recently, we bought it as a non-runner with Clive explaining the following: I remember now the oil was being blown into the carb from the pipe that sends crankcase fumes up to be burnt in the carb via the horn above the carb. I disconnected that pipe & let it blow the oil drenched fumes out of a long hose I rigged up fixed to the side of the vehicle. So after a chat or two with Richard Farrant (Cheers Richard) I set about taking the head off today... I knew that ladder would come in handy Clive:-D & here's the problem.. the No.2 piston Fan end (or is it No.5 ?) has a hole at the side Next job is lump out.. we have another lump that came with the Pig but are leaving our options open at the mo..
