Joris
I've added a nice feature to enable everyone to add a youtube video to a post. A new button (far right) has been added with the YouTube logo. When you click on it the following code is added: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fdNBnHEZmM0&hl=nl The Video Identifier is fdNBnHEZmM0, the code after the v= and before the &. Put the Video Identifier inside the youtube tags et voila: Something went wrong... Now you have to put the Youtube Video identifier inside the youtube tag. This identifier is part of the address (URL) in the address bar. For instance, the Varsity video has the following address: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fdNBnHEZmM0&hl=nl The Video Identifier is fdNBnHEZmM0, the code after the v= and before the &. Put the Video Identifier inside the youtube tags et voila: [YOUTUBE]fdNBnHEZmM0" />Something went wrong... Something went wrong...

Marmite!!
Just bumping this to the top as a lot of members are not using this feature & just posting links to Youtube, which mean I have to come along later & edit them. Old Git
Just a quick question. Why are these youtube tags better than the standard video tags that already existed on the toolbar? Is there some limitation on the video tags that prevent then being used with YouTube?

Old Git
Ah, all becomes clear. I was racking my brains to try to figure out what esoteric magic was at work for the Youtube tags. I thought it must be particularly clever as I couldn't figure it out, LOL! Just goes to show that my old Dad's advice still holds true..."don't over-think the problem, boy!"
