Jack
An email have just been sent in, may be you can help? I have just taken down a shelter from behind our shed that I believe was made from the corrugated iron panels of an Anderson shelter (6 curved panels and 3 end panels). I don't want to scrap it so wondered if anyone in your forum would be interested. It's in Chatham, Kent and is free to anyone who is willing to collect it. If you would like to make contact - let me know and I will pass on the contact details! Cheers, JB

thedawnpatrol
Hi Lee I got hold of one last year from a garden in Walthamstow, not sure what to do with it, I would like to install it in my garden as originally done, but it seems a shame that it might deteriate back outside. Have you assembled yours yet? any photos ? Good luck # Jules
thedawnpatrol
Here is a photo of mine before I took it apart, still in the garden in Walthamstow, North London. When I cleared it out, under an old wooden bench was two rusty steel helmets, one having a AFS badge on the front and the original owners name.
