rgb
We have got a Willy's chassis, vintage unknown, but in very good nick, no bends kinks or rust. Its possible that someone has done all the hard work, or that its a french army leftover. The only numbers we can find are... · On the top of the very new looking frame horns ‘GD’ · On the top of the nearside rail just behind the front cross-member ‘11037’ · On the top of the offside rail just in front the front cross-member ‘09890’ · On the outside of the offside rail just in front the front cross-member ‘IV 1234’ Anyone got any theories? We are stuck and cant seem to find the answer anywhere. Richard.

Centurion
If you think that it may have been used by the French at some stage look at Andy Carters , Andys military jeep pages. It should help you eliminate at least one possibility if nothing matches. Regards Centurion
demon
Do you have any pictures of these numbers :?: It does sound like it's been with the French. Is it an MB, GPW, or M201 chassis :?:
