abn deuce Posted April 19, 2008 Share Posted April 19, 2008 it would seem from the perspective shown that that one either enters the cab from the opposite side door or climbs over the brake ? seems ackward . snowtracdave Posted April 20, 2008 Share Posted April 20, 2008 Many years ago we had an Austin FG and where it was garaged meant climbing in from the passenger side , over/round the engine cover and into the drivers seat....the number of times I tried to get in the seat to find two foot odd of gearlever gone up the leg of my boilersuit ! Adam Elsdon Posted April 21, 2008 Share Posted April 21, 2008 Looks a bit light on levers for a Scammell? then again Crocs Explorer looks more like a railway junction box, off the top of my head it has a lever for the following:- hand throttle hand held hill start brake ratchet handbrake Gear lever 6x4x6 selector Main winch gear Rear Jib winch air brake lever Engine kill (Its a diesel) and thats before you get onto switches dials and lights etc.......:shocked: Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
