On April 10th 1943 the province of Brabant was declared Judenfrei (free of jews) by the nazi's. All jews were ordered to report to concentration camps before April 10th and a lot of Jews did this. Thankfully a lot of other Jews did not do this and tried to seek refuge to stay out of the nazi hands.
