woa2
Just watching 'Most Haunted Live' on Living TV. Alright, the Wife's watching it and I can't be bothered to move. Anyway, they are saying that a 5 pointed star in a solid ring is a very powerful symbol for evil. That why in 1944 the British painted it on all their vehicles as an aerial recognition mark? Great War truck
Hey, i had one of those painted on the back of my leather jacket in my strange days in the 1980's. It used to attract a lot of attention from passers by. Actually it may have been the hair, the 14 hole DM's and the spurs that did it. Happy days. Enigma
It probably refers to the pentagram with points down and a goat/devils head in it... Used frequently by Black Metal bands...
woa2
It probably refers to the pentagram with points down and a goat/devils head in it... Used frequently by Black Metal bands... OK, but didn't the Canadians always paint their stars upside down?
Enigma
OK, but didn't the Canadians always paint their stars upside down? A Devils pentagram isn't solid, its spoked. Don't know how else to say it. Think the Brits/Canadians did that to set them apart from the Americans?
Jonny666
its not the "devils pentagram" and i hate the term been used, the inverted pentagram is a symbol that is used in the wiccan religon as protection, the none inverted pentagram is the symbol for good luck. i know i wear one lol http://merkinsmoon.com/store/images/Pentagram-carpet-blackLG.jpg[/img] good luck http://www.helsinki.fi/~ssyreeni/atheist/pictures/atheism11[/img] protection from evil the meaning has been lost due to the bible banging on about pagans/wiccans been evil lol http://j.b5z.net/i/u/2126964/i/Tshirt---OG---US-Star---W.jpg[/img] see completely different ......i have had my moment lol

Tony B
Well the Hindu religion is trying to reclaim the Swastika . The original was a sacred symbol of good. Ironic really, unfortunatley meanings become perverted, even St Augustine had his early works burnt as heritical. :dunno:

LeeEnfield
I was refering to this one. You've every reason to be worried, looking at the pic,...............Its shown pointing down; This is the symbol of the HORNED GOD,...Lord of Death, the spirit decending into the inner depths. When point is uppermost, it is the symbol of LIFE. A VERY POWERFUL Wiccan religious symbol.
