Apparently like the UAZ 489 they can be bought for about £2k in Russia. The idea being is to carry his motorbike in the back to shows and camp in it (once the bike has been unloaded I presume!) robin33ba07 Posted September 29, 2016 Share Posted September 29, 2016 Hello Larry ,a good choice of vehicle, 4WD and hi/lo and nice to drive have a look at this one http://www.eurooldtimers.com/eng/inzerat/77482-uaz-452-v.html you dont have to go to Russia to buy ,as the add says that is for sale in Czech ,try http://www.mobile.de look under cars ,try German E bay and dont forget Hungry ,Bulgaria is a bit far away ,I bought mine in Czech from a dealer Jiri Trojan maybe look him up and see what he has .I dont whats its like to export a vehicle from Russia but I can imagine it includes a lot of waiting around to get things stamped ? go to Czech/Germany drive it home ,maybe avoid Mortor Investiments ? They sorted me out with an Uaz469 a few years ago when I was living abroad and they were brilliant keeping me fed with spares even after I was back in UK.
