RMS
We had to clear out an garden this week where there is this old site/living trailer. Nice oak frame with cast wheels that have rubber bonded outer steel tyres. Not sure of its origins or date but seems an interesting bit of kit. It needs to be moved on of its of any interest. Toner
If no one goes for it here, I'm told there is a good market for these as small summer houses.
paul_bish
looks like the ones used by ploughing teams when they traveled around with the steam ploughing engines
gritineye
That's worth proper money in the right steamy circles, it's a very desirable and as yet untouched...
Old Bill
That looks more like a shepherd's hut than a living van but you are quite right. Very desirable in the right place! Steve
Sean N
Another vote for shepherd's hut - and good money in good condition, but that's a long way from good condition...
John Comber
Never seen a shepherds hut or steam living van with a pitched roof before, usually have a curved bow type top.
Grasshopper
Given the overhang on the ends and the way the body is cut over the wheels, I'd say that the body is non-original to that underframe.
