Skint George
It's not green and not military. I believe it's a Chinese "Gas scooter." I've seen people ride these sort of things at some events but not this type. So, what is it, how many were made and what age could it be? I don't think it was ever registered. Any help appreciated. Thanks. George

Roof Over Britain
Do the bricks come with it?
Skint George
Don't be silly John, I need the bricks to put through your windows!
Roof Over Britain
You would be better keeping the bricks and throwing the "thing" through the window!
fesm_ndt
Ok without being cynical It must be fairly oldish as when I was in China recently almost everything was electric and much more classy Saw very few petrol or gas run bikes as I believe a clampdown on trying to curb the massive pollution problems. With the electric ones they must have to recharge a lot as they beep their horns constantly
Skint George
Thanks Mike, and I'm ignoring you John! The search for info continues
Skint George
By the way, it does have a proper stand! I'd ask Clive about it but too embarrassed...LOL P.S. I mean the bike and not the stand! Edited September 14, 2013 by Skint George
Skint George
I can finally answer part of my own question. It's a Boreem Tankman scooter. With a name like "Tankman," maybe I should paint it green! Why not, others do it with Brockhouse Corgi's !
.303fan
i like it, electric propelled would do for the quiet camping at the war and peace...
broken arrow
Cannot remember the name of them but in 2004 to 2006 there were dozens of shops in Spain selling them, infact two of my own children had them and went everywere on them ( shush thay were only 14 and 15 ) lots of Brit kids had them infact i think there is still one in one of the garages at our villa, must have a look when i get time. Thay sold for no more than 135 to 150 euroes good fun and you could get an upgrade kit to increase engine capasity but never met anyone who ever did. Skint George
.303Fan,There's nothing quiet about this PETROL scooter! You would be loved using it at the War & Peace as an alarm clock. You'd thank god the weapons are deactivated! It works great since I changed the Centrifugal clutch! Broken Arrow might bring his over to demonstrate it's quiet abilities to you.
