fv1609
Is it from a Pig that has had paint thrown over the vision blocks by rioters to blind the crew ? With such an outrageous range of colours it could be. But the vehicle has been painted in those colours in its entirety.
fv1609
Or maybe fire damage re-painted time after time? Not as the result of fire damage. This was a prestige vehicle & got a mention in Janes & I think a photo, but that may be the photo used for the IDR.

fv1609
Is the clump of paimt from the inside of a hole? Its not that armoured bus? Yes clump of paint trapped in a crevice. Not Mrs T's bus, a bit older than that.
MiketheBike
This was a prestige vehicle A prestige armoured vehicle? Only things I can think were painted several differnt colours in their lives were Saxons and those Landrover based vehciles the Police use there now...they look a bit like Snatches with skirts. Tony B
I'd suggest Big or Lttle Wille. Some vehicles were painted in surreal camouflage colours. But I can't remember the artist!

A bit early Tony they wouldn't be in era for the International Defence Review or Janes.
MiketheBike
Ok, when you say "Prestige vehicle", do you mean the maker? Alvis? In which case, there can only be one vehicle?

fv1609
Ok, when you say "Prestige vehicle", do you mean the maker? Alvis? In which case, there can only be one vehicle? Well there was only one quite like this & it spawned a whole (as they say in cringe-speak) "genre". No not an Alvis.
