If there is some knowledge I have through experience or through my interests, I am happy to pass that on. When at work, I found that there were some who considered knowledge to be power, well their knowledge will die with them. I consider knowledge to be for sharing, so that everyone can benefit from it and contribute themselves. And not least, if I share something, someone can tell me if it's right or not!
