  6. hello , Nice to see a 3HW coming back to life ! Do you know that there is a repair on your frame just under the headstock to the front frame tube ! better have a good look if everything is well repaired because a repair like this was mostly done after a previous problem. Guy

  8. The girl's that worked at the camp site for the week of the Normandy D-day remembrance and dad in the back of the QL on are way to the Port- en Bessin liberation parade on the 7th June .We really had a splendid time over there.

  10. Hello. I had a spare wheel carrier for a QLT, but is sold to some wane in the process of rebuilding a QLT rear body. So some post on here about his restoration. Guy

  12. Great Ian, when I come over I still have some repaired parts for your QL. think it will be in March next year. Next work on the trailer will be the riveting and making a new tailgate, normally the trailer will be ready for W&P show next year. Guy

  15. This Thread hives my good memories, I had to do almost the same work on my QL. The repairs on the missing chassis parts (rear and cross section), make the cargo body and now I see you also have to repair the rails for the rear cabin hatch. Very nice project and look out to new post on your OY restoration . You can still find my postings on this forum about my Bedford QL. Guy.
  16. What's the size of the black out Ian? I think if the size of the headlight is 6"1/2 it looks to me as it is a civilian bike type black out cover ! Guy
  17. With this nice weather I have been playing again with this trailer. Now the big challenge is to rivet everything together.
  18. Some extra work on the trailer, started to reassemble some painted parts back on the chassis of the trailer.
  19. Here we go again on the trailer. chassis and parts back from the sandblaster and strait into primmer and top coat.
  20. Trailer chassis and parts of it are with the sandblasters and normally I start spraying this week if ready . Will need to update my post on the trailer restoration tread! Guy
