I must admit every show I go to it states in the rules NO SS UNIFORMS, but I have never seen or heard off anyone being told to remove the uniform.

I shall be camped up on the right hand side as you come through the gate(if it's the same gate as last year). I shall be bringing my famous carrot and coconut cake, feel free to pop up for a chat, cuppa and a slice off cake.

Comming down friday morning with the dodgy squaddies, would like snapper to take some pictures of our vehciles on sunday.

An excellent weekend. Me and the squaddies really enjoyed ourselves. Well done ian and lee for putting on a great show! A special thank you to david ives and the rest of the marshalls for your help, you know why. The owner of this bike was camped next to me and was kind enough to let me have a scoot round on this bike, first time I have been on a bike for 20yrs! Bed MK11, for sleeping, nice and comfy. Do you remember my dad bought this a few months ago; This is the military version. There is no truth in the rumour that I was inside this! Will be there again next year!

RGJ= Royal Green Jackets, now known as the Rifles. My mate alan is a memeber of the london branch and he invited me. The memorial site is massive and the facilities are excellent, about 1100 former green jackets turned up and the RGJ band as well.
