  1. Hi Diana, I’m surprised they don’t fit the glass lenses, I’ve used glass lenses on a Land Rover before when someone stole the plastic ones over night at Beltring. Chris
  2. https://www.milweb.net/dealers/trader/tanked_up_military/ I have an up to date email address for Shaun if you need it.
  3. You could try asking here: https://www.eics-products.co.uk
  4. Looks like half of a no. 17 periscope.
  5. Not Rarden, this is a Rarden one...
  6. D of Q is denomination of quantity. For example ‘each’ if bagged individually. The number you’ve quoted is the NSN.
  7. I’m collecting ESPIRE bits as they turn up. Still need the armoured shroud though.
  8. No. Mine is a diesel. See this thread: http://hmvf.co.uk/topic/25001-cvrt-scimitar-07-fd-04/ The mounts are for ECM (electronic counter measures)
  9. No, never been for sale, I’m still collecting bits for it when I see them.
  10. Mine started off the same, lots of bits to find.
  11. Looks a bit different to when I last saw it.
  12. Do you have a parts list? https://www.greenmachinesurplus.com/land-rover-wolf300-tdi-parts-list-tultum-etc-340-p.asp
  13. https://www.greenmachinesurplus.com/cvrx28tx29x28dx29maintenance-schedule-1247-p.asp
  14. Lance, if you know how many of which type of connector (no of pins etc) I can see what I can find amongst the wiring I have from stripped vehicles. Chris
  15. The intercom is easy, you can buy a kit or the separate parts on eBay and it’s just a case of plugging it in. You don’t need the air pipes, this is for the NBC system which you’ll never use. I’ve made the cable for the night sight box before, again Bowden cable parts are available on eBay. Post a photo of the issue with the drivers hatch and I’ll see if I can point you in the right direction with that too.
  16. I doubt you’ll find anywhere much cheaper
  17. You could try https://www.milweb.net/dealers/trader/rapidmilitaryvehiclerestoration/ but there are others here https://www.milweb.net/dealers.php?catID=29
  18. Hi Andrew, I may have a couple left, how many do you need? Chris
  19. You can see it if you look up through the belly plate but you will probably need to take the top deck off, the seat out and the firewall out to undo the nut at the top. If you’re doing a service you might as well do the air filter and pressure wash everything at the same time.
  20. Lance, You don’t need to remove the engine to change the oil filter. The first CVRTs went into service 47 years ago, if an extra hole was deemed essential then a modification would have been issued for it at some point. Chris
  21. The public are actually there for 5 days from Tuesday to Saturday.
