    Got a xmas card today off a french family friend, and has some of his collection in an exhibition over there. He has enclosed a leaflet showing a poster for the show.Cant tell you much about it , but if anyone is over there pop along .........

    Bought a command car in 1978,from wales , was too far gone tho really ,and chassis was not brill , so was used for spares . After reading an advert in exchange and mart (about 1979) for dodges , went down to worthing, met pete gray ,bought a dodge , he drove it upto Blackpool for the price of a dinner for him and his family. ( he got stopped on the way up here , the police just wanted to know what it was !!Not many about in those days) had it 25 years !!!..........

    My dad use to have this in the boot of his morris oxford to keep it on the road, whilst driving from Blackpool to Katterick in winter from 1961-63 (national service)......

    cheers mate , we do have a hoist tho , trouble is the munga body is sitting under it balanced on a jeep trailer .....its also handy the bits are small as my dad is 72 next year and having key hole surgery on his knee in march .. Merry christmas to all Munga owners ..........

    whilst my girls were making mince pies today at my parents , dad and i took the gear box out of the munga chassis (thought better get him out from under foot!)This will give him something else to do next week , (snow outside didnt help so thats all we did in the garage today ). ..

    Lightweight Landy with pick up cab , looks like it needs tlc, in commercial yard near BAE Salmesbury. Series 3 landy in a barn ,which looks like its going to fall down (not sure if military, just saw front end in the darkness) on ouskirts of Ribchester.........
