MiketheBike
Guys, I have a relacement (NOS) oil cooler, but before taking the old one off are there any pointers? I assume there should be no oil in the cooler, so can just disconnect and plumb in the new one? Should I use any sealer on the connections? Cheers Mick

MiketheBike
Thanks John...sounds like one of those "5 minute jobs" that removes most of the skin from the knuckles and takes 2 days. Mick
john fox
Mick was mostly a case of not having a big enough spanner than was short enough to fit in the space, crazy angles and tiny movements needed to avoid rounding off the nut. Access improved no end by lifting out the servo - if you have one
