Registration Number

I am after some info. on where I can obtain the original registration numbers for an ex RAF Fordson Tractor. Its possible to make out bits of the main number but I wondered if there is anywhere that I can get information like this from, and maybe its history.

I am told it worked at Hullavington airfield buit dont know for shaw.
