The date would be right as the US vehicles are in MERDC camoflague, and the Mog in Bundeswehr "Gelb-Oliv". It appears to be an engineer unit, as the first pic shows a dump truck, with the bumper-code suggesting that it belonged to the 70th Engineer Bn .
