HarlestonMilitaryTrucks Posted October 13, 2008 Share Posted October 13, 2008 Was ondering if anyone could shed any light on a Div sign I found recently on one of our Willys M38's? Bought this Jeep last year and noticed the tailgate was rotten through at the bottom, so having a spare decided to change it over, when I removed the Jerry can bracket off the back I found this marking underneath. Have spoken to two of her previous owners who had no idea it was there, this means it has been there atleast since the mid seventies. Have not been able to find any info at all on line, though I did find out that the Americans did equip some Koreans during the Korea conflict and they were known as the Tiger Division. The name 'wild thing' is also painted on the front of the screen and one previous owner said he found this and painted it in again. Any info or ideas greatly apreciated.
