ashley
Found the homepage the the link to their for sale page appears broken, any one else find this? I am sure it is Ilti (pronounced Ilty) but the collective noun .... needs more research, Ashley
Steve 82
Iltises ? (well, sounds better than the latin - sounding Iltii....!) Interesting car though - its the one VW `Kubel` I am missing, but its non-aircooled powerplant is difficult to get enthusiastic about (for me, anyway).........sad, I know
antarmike
Q Iltis - What's the plural of? A "more than one Iltis"
Snapper
As an ex-owner, and a student of some sort of English, it should be Ilti, but I come from the time when more than one sports ground are stadia and not stadiums. Iltis is the German for polecat - not Ferret, as called in Canada. They like to confuse - too much warm air in their toques.

schliesser92
Iltis is a German word, and means "Martin" (as in the little beast flitting around in trees!). The plural, like sheep, is the same as in the singular.
