Great War truck
I would say that by the large dead rabbit being hung out the window that someone has been out "lamping". Probably used a machine gun to go with that search light. Tim (too)
Great War truck
Can you tell me what nationality it is? I was assuming it was French and can find some similar trucks, but then i though it might be Italian. Go on, give us a clue? Rlangham
Blast, all these vehicles to ID and I can't remember where i've put my big Bart MV-spotting guide. Looks like one of the K-Flak wagens with the 7.7cm Krupp gun, i'm going to guess an Erhardt vehicle
lynx42 Rick Cove
Top photo may be a NACKE, a well known German truck firm, based in Saxony. But I may be wrong. The second one with the gun is, I think, a Daimler/Krupp 60/80hp. fitted with a 7.7cm gun and seating for the crew of 9 plus the driver, and ammunition as well. andreadavide
The first one is definitely not Italian Andrea
Rlangham
Do you have a larger copy of the top photo?
Runflat
I think the first is a De Dion. It compares well with examples in 'Les Camion des Victoire 1914-1918' pages 94/95. The second could be a Daimler-Krupp BAK (Ballonabwehrkanone or balloon defence gun). But all my reference material shows them with a greater number of radiator louvres and different front wheels. So, happy to be told it is an Ehrhardt.
