The outward leg sees the RAF bomb the Wurzburg Radar production site at Zeppelin's Friedrichshafen factory. The Bomber flew on to North Africa, where they were re-armed, bombed up and refuelled. On 23rd / 24th June they flew the return leg to Briatin hitting an armaments store at la Spezia, Italy, on the way. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
