antarmike Posted June 3, 2008 Share Posted June 3, 2008 On the last day of operation Dynamo, the attempt to bring back the B.E.F. and other free forces to Britain sees the RAF fly 171 Recce sorties, 651 Bombing Sorties whilst fighter command carries out 2739 sorties Front line sregnth of fighter command is 331, a mix of Hurricanes and Spitfires.
