I've always been told it was a dentist office. I also believe that there's a sign inside it telling that it is a dentist office. Also where to put which wires and such. But is it original ww2? or is it post-war? As for CCKWs question, I do believe it's standing on the ground. I'm afraid it has been given up. Anyone wants it? I'll help you get it for free.
