Two cylinder
Hello Everyone, Spotted this trailer in an auction preview, it's very similar to chassis I've seen on aircraft tankers, but this one is much narrower track and has a tubular beam running front to back- along which the rear axle can be moved forwards or backwards? Certainly was built for a special purpose? Before being made into a farm trailer. Any ideas? Thanks Darren.
Richard Farrant
Looks like the axles and front turntable may have been from a pole trailer, to carry telegraph poles or round timber maybe, then adapted to make a platform trailer.
