CUCV winterization kit problem

Hi all.

I have recently fitter the heaters from the winterization kit to my M1008 and have a problem with the coolant heater.

The flame sensor or "switch, sensitive" is broken, the tube has detached from the microswitch holder and the internal glass (I think) rod is also broken. It works, as far as I can tell, by the rod actuating the microswitch until the tube heats up and stretches taking the rod away from the switch. The unit then changes from start mode to run.

I am after a replacement but have been unable to source one. the part  number is Switch, sensitive   8376101.    NSN 5930-00-475-5537.

They are from a standard heater unit used in many vehicles of the time so spares should be out there somewhere....

I will have a go at repairing it or most likely find someone who can braze the tube back on but I'm not too hopeful.

If anyone can help it would be much appreciated.

Many thanks

Iain
