Lwt Big Cheese
Hi all, having been welcomed to a camping are at Beltring last week I found out that all the "hosts" visited here. I have some pictures from the show that they, and hopefully some of you, will find interesting. I started with Lightweight Landrovers 7 years ago. Now have two, a 127 Ambulance and a D90, just got rid of a Series. I parked up the largest Landrover last week - only to be utterly dwarved by a couple of Militants, a low loader, Centurian, TM lots of other stuff and finally a Zil Missile carrier!!!! Right, off to see how to post piccy's...
Rick W
Welcome aboard Graham, Im sure you will find the useful and not so useful stuff on here. You will probably find it a bit quiet in the clubhouse this weekeknd as a lot of folk have gone to Uppottery. Would like to see your pics. Got a S3 ambulance myself that now needs to go to a good home if you know of anyone.(See classifieds) ;-)
N.O.S.
Hi Graham, welcome, and yes it's very quiet at the Clubhouse today. What with all these new vehicles turning up, the parking situation is becoming desperate. So much so that I have fired up the Osgood excavator and am presently digging away making the parking area a lot larger. Hopefully this will put an end to the larger vehicles and tracked machines having to use the pub carpark up the road. Later, I'm going to use the hardcore which the committee got in for the new club workshop base, they will be 'not best pleased', but I just don't care..... And how come I am still on washroom cleaning duty? Don't suppose you'd care to take over? :dunno: Sorry for the outburst - having a really bad day - trying to install a new canvas brought back from W+P on the jeep, the previous owner drilled and bolted on a set of canvas hoops to suit a stretched French top, so will have to bodge it somehow. And I've just broken off one of the fastening studs on top of screen. Not your problem I know. Hope the team are escaping the worst of the weather and putting on a great show at Upottery. Anyway, do enjoy the forum!
Bodge Deep
If you know what's good for you, you'll steer well clear of Jack's hardcore... ...not for the feint hearted  Welcome to the forum Graham... muddy boots left at the door please (someones digging up car park so it's a bit messy) And to & to all members... please no more doing 'donuts' in the car park or neutral turns... it's spoiling the look of the place & could the person who left the club bathroom full of foam please clean it out (I think the plug is blocked with Ferret fur) :dunno:
