Davey089
I dont know if these people can help you , Robson and Francis 020 7733 2353 . I found them very helpful when trying to get hold of the Brushes and bronze bushes for my MW Dynamo and Starter motor , they actually made me some new ones using what was left of the old ones as patterns and had the bronze bushes on the shelf. Don't know the length. I would of thought these were easy enough to find but not by part number of the dynamo by the looks.

MatchFuzee
If you are still looking for the brushes, have you thought about buying oversize ones and filing them to the correct size?
