pogo001 Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 (edited) Hi. I will be changing the clutch in my Hotchkiss M201 1961, as the release bearing sounds like shaking maracas when the pedal is depressed and released. Also, the biting point is right at the top of pedal travel . My question is, being a 2.2 petrol, are there may variations of cluch kit, or was there only one type produced for simplicity? Love the site, very enjoyable and helpful. Paul Edited August 30, 2015 by pogo001 Quote
Pete Ashby Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 Assuming you have the original go Devil or WoF equivalent engine and T84 transmission clutch pressure plate, friction plate and release bearing is available from all the usual dealers either as a complete kit or as individual items and are not overly expensive.
