Yes, it's Podington, home of the 92nd Bomb Group. Podington is now known as Santa Pod.

 

The video clip looks like it comes from the Doc Furness video. He was a flight surgeon with the 92nd and it is well worth getting a copy of the video. It's called Doc Furness' War.
