protacman
So...... I had to many projects and this sat for a while... Eileen decided she wants to have it for W+P and I was issued with a warning order. I modified the frame and got a gifted fabricator to make the Bonnet and Baskets. Toner
Bugger, I thought it would be safe to say that to someone from the UK. So what is wrong about Brit? Nothing wrong with calling someone from the UK a Brit as that includes the 4 nations that make up the majority of it.
GeePig
Nothing wrong with calling someone from the UK a Brit as that includes the 4 nations that make up the majority of it. Here in Poland a Brit is someone who spends his/her time in some form of 'Brit' ghetto or social life. I, on the other hand, distance myself from such people as I have 'gone native', and in so doing have gained the remarkable skill of enjoying the local cuisine, and when I say 'I am going home' I always mean I am returning to my apartment and never 'back to the UK'. :-D. What running gear did the original LSV use? trevor

protacman
Next I built the seat mounting frames and installed the Tank mounts The Tank is from a light truck. It will give the vehicle an impossible range.(may have to go Diesel later) The seat mounts also include the attachment points for the military 6 point harness's. protacman
A while ago I went to an auction of RAF equipment and bought some Vehicle spares.... yes.. Did not buy a Lynx.. Want one though. So I'm using these parts on this project. This is a bump stop from an unknown current Vehicle As you can see I cut the required section out and welded it in place. protacman
I used a Supacat tail gate which fitted exactly between the cab and rear platform I cut the platform to allow greater access to the Engine bay and used ring bolts as tie down points ,they also secure the plates. ( I got 4 of these tailgates )
