Jessie The Jeep
This summer, I'm taking my jeep to the Ursel show in Belgium with the NE MVT. The rest of the gang are heading home after the show, but Lynne and I are driving on to Holland and staying another week. Other than the Bridge at Arnhem, what other WW2 sites do you think are worth a visit ( and where are they?? ) We are staying in Delft, apparently, so sites within a modest radius would be most suitable. Joris
Practicly all of the fighting took place in the east side of the country so there isn't too much there except for a lot of bunkers of the atlantic wall. Let me see what I can dig up.

Joris
Well then you should visit the Keukenhof http://www.keukenhof.nl/nm/english.html You are close to the cities The Hague and Rotterdam whilst Amsterdam and Utrecht are very easy to reach by train. All these cities are well worth a visit. Let me know what you are interested in, there is a lot to do in Holland.
AlienFTM
I am sure if you put in some internet research you'll find plenty of places to visit wrt the Ardennes Offensive. I have some strong but half-forgotten memories filed away in my head of pictures I found a year or two ago. Come to think of it, there's an outside chance I got the link from the This Day In History forum. Otherwise try Googling for Kampfgruppe Peiper (with, without and alternatively spelt for the Umlaut). ;o)
