MANtruck Posted June 20, 2013 Share Posted June 20, 2013 (edited) Hello to all, My name is Kevin Oates and I work out in Africa and I'm hoping you can help us. We use a MAN KAT 1 truck out here to collect water from the river. Its a 5 T MIL GL (4x4) model manufactured in 1979. So far its never put a foot wrong in a year and will rumble over anything but a couple of days back it started losing power then spluttered out. We traced the problem to air getting in the fuel line but it took a while to find as while we look after her (change filters and oil regularly) we have no manuals for her. Does anyone know of any site where we can download a service manual for her? Any help would be gratefully received.
